over a year ago I started my laser hair removal at MV location for, legs, underarms and bikini area, I was supposed to get free removal of hair on toes as well but technician would always forget and make me feel bad for asking, and always seemed to be in a rush. however, the laser technicians were much friendlier than the front desk receptionist who always had an attitude every time I walked in and try to belittle clients and underestimate their knowledge. all they try to do is push sales on you. I have fair skin a dark hair so I make a great candidate for such procedure, I followed all pre-care and post care instructions to the T, I know its different for everyone but my sister with exact hair and skin type got her laser done elsewhere and 2 years later she still enjoys great results, I understand that results are not permanent and touch ups are required but after 8 treatments I'm not even 60% there. my bikini area is so patchy and shows so many missed spots. I'm not even going to mention cancelled appointments or the long wait time cause I thought that could be overlooked if the job was done properly but I am now still paying off something that I don't see results for and im extremely disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.

Having issues with account balance and I’m almost done with my treatment and still no resolution. Ive been chasing this to get done otherwise nothing will happen. So disappointed. I told my friends not to go to LaserAway because of this

I’ve had several different treatment services from LA in Tustin and haven’t been happy with the results of any. No complaints about the staff, despite the fact that not a single appointment ever started on time. I was just in this week for my hair growth assessment after the completion of my 8 treatments for both underarms and Brazilian bikini, both of which I’d say were less than 10% successful. My bikini is literally 0% successful, underarms MAYBE 10% but I didn’t have very thick hair there to start. I also had a Cool Sculpting treatment in DEC 2018 and was super disappointed in the results. I had 5 different areas treated and really didn’t notice any results at all. The nurse even agreed in my post treatment consultation that she couldn’t see a difference in several of my before/after photos yet I didn’t receive any additional treatments to achieve the 25% reduction that was promised. Going back to the hair removal treatments, I’d like to comment that it is SO incredibly inappropriate that photos were taken of my bikini area and emailed the corporate office to “prove” that my treatments were unsuccessful. That is so invasive and frankly an egregious breach of my privacy to be forced to do that. At this point I am hoping that whoever reviews the photos at corporate will agree that the treatments were not successful, in which case I will be requesting a full refund. I have zero desire to continue any treatments with this company.

I am a 65 year old woman who had thermage and some filler. I cannot rave positivity more than in this review. Best experience and amazing outcome. The staff is caring and listens carefully to your needs. The advise I got for the results I wanted were better than I could have expected. I am very happy!.

The Front desk staff is short staffed even though you have an appointment there's always a wait time it's hard to get in for your appointments it's always booked and I've had 2 procedures there out of a package of 3 of which I've seen absolutely no results I have had this procedure before elsewhere and immediately saw the results

I had 3 ipl treatments all 3 weren’t worth one and keep pushing to spend thousands more and saying I can apply for credit to pay lousy not worth my time or money and who wants to go in debt for ipl lol
