She knows what she’s doing. Cares about her customers. She gives health tips on how to take care of your skin and even advertises your products. I’m requesting that my all my future appointments be handled by her, please.

The nurse was very kind and great, but the scheduling was awful. I accidentally showed up 15 minutes late because the text system told me 3:15 and I was sat in the lobby waiting for someone to come out to get me for another 15 minutes so we had to schedule me for another weekend to get the rest of the treatment done.

I have yet to have an appointment on time. I have had to wait 20-45 minutes each appointment. This location seems understaffed with nurses. There are plenty of people working there but not people who can actually do the service. I never write negative reviews but since the staff have not been apologetic or even acknowledged how late they are appointments, I am submitting this.

My first impressions were not great, unwelcoming and unaccommodating in trying to schedule an appt. I felt they were more concerned with trying to upsell before any services were even performed, and would have preferred to offer have additional services after happy with results. I’m glad I came back though. Every visit since has been professional, courteous , and welcoming. Felt the employees and nurses has my best interest at heart when making recommendations and have answered all questions during service completely and thoroughly with kindness. Not sure what happened on that first visit , but happy I have them a second chance and would love to recommend them.

I purchased the full leg, Brazilian, and armpit laser packages. The sales person stated that these packages would include all treatments needed to be hairless in these areas and you could purchase “touch ups” down the road if need be. I finished my last treatment that was included in the packages and my armpits are nearly perfect but my Brazilian area and legs aren’t even close to being hairless. I don’t think I would have spent so much money on these packages if I would have know I’d need to purchase more treatments or those other areas would still have hair.

Some nurses do a great laser job some are bad/lazy. Kind of a pain to get an appointment immediately they always want to book weeks in advance so its tough if you do not know your schedule. Its also impossible to request a specific nurse which is so annoying.

I had an amazing experience at Laser Away. My nurse who did the procedure was very sweet and answered any questions I had. I will be continuing my treatments at this facility.
