I was disappointed by the lack of…
I was disappointed by the lack of consistency in knowledge and instruction from nurse to nurse. I believe this lack of consistency resulted in less than desirable results I signed up for 10 session for a lip and chin laser hair removal. It was only at session 7 that the nurse I was assigned to told me that it is best to shave prior because it helps reach the hair follicle more. I had previously asked if I should do this, and another nurse instructed me not to. I also feel like my results are incredible subpar. I have had electrolysis about 15 years ago and that had completely taken away my hair for a good 6 years. From your laser treatments, my hair growth is only slightly less. I would like to request 5 additional treatments for free seeing that the advice I had been given for a majority of my treatment contradicted itself. please let me know, Renee Coiro Appareti

The service was fine
The service was fine, not outstanding. I had lazer hair removal for Brazilian and lip and was in and out in 20 minutes.

Amazing Experience
Procedure Done: Hair Removal (Brazilian, full leg, chin, underarms and happy trail) Pro: Very knowledgeable, very nice, excellent customer services, holiday special is a lot cheaper from what other offices offer. Con: New nurses at every appointment so it was a bit uncomfortable when doing the Brazilian hair removal. Overall: Will definitely come back again

I was happy until it was clear it wasn't working
I was pleased with the service when I started. Everyone was very nice, professional, and the center was clean. Now that I am 5 sessions in, I am not as pleased. I am not a hairy person, yet it appears I will need to pay for several more sessions to complete this process. I had the same girl for my first 4 sessions and never felt any pain. I even had her turn off the cold air because that is what caused discomfort. For my 5th session, I had a new girl who told me that she was going to try a stronger frequency. With her, I felt like progress was being made. I feel like the first 4 sessions were such a waste. I will get my final session that I paid for, but I would rather drive 20 minutes to Glendale and pay a lot less to get the process complete. I am incredibly frustrated that I wasted so much time and money because my tech didn't want to use a higher frequency. I almost feel like I was scammed.

I never thought I would do any laser…
I never thought I would do any laser but LaserAway changed my mind. I’m glad to have gone through the procedure. Now I can gladly say that that I’m hairless (underarm) . Thank you LaserAway for your friendly staff and everything
