A thousand dollars for a botox for forehead and small touches, I'm left with no result whatsoever! I'm able to wrinkle my forehead as if I did not have any botox. Beware, waiste of money and time.

0/5 stars – Midtown Atlanta LaserAway is the worst. My experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the staff were rude and spoke openly about my treatment in front of the person I was with, which felt like a real breach of privacy. The entire interaction came across as sales-driven — I felt pressured to purchase more units than I needed and was encouraged to increase the 20 units I paid for to 30. When I asked about pricing for additional units, the numbers were surprisingly high and the equivalent of the 20 I paid for. Overall, I asked for a refund and was told no refund and which made me check trustpilot for reviews, my heart dropped after seeing LaserAway reviews on trustpilot and I feared I could be poisoned by the people there, that’s how evil the place was. I wish I had paid closer attention. I wouldn’t recommend LaserAway midtown, Atlanta to anyone. DO NOT GO THERE. I’d give zero star if it was available because they don’t deserve the 1

Treatments were fine. The financing was not. Laser Away pushed a “0% interest” plan that was actually 0% deferred interest—meaning one penny left at the deadline triggers retroactive interest on the entire loan at 35%+. My wife had under $100 left and we still got slammed with ~$1,600 in interest. When I called, they shrugged and told me to talk to the lender. If Laser Away is pitching the lender in-store and profiting from it, they should own the outcome. Their rep never made it clear that anything short of a $0 balance by the promo end would nuke me with back-interest.

Colorado-Park Meadows location. If the treatments worked, then there wouldn't be the constant upsell to have one purchase additional services. I asked about a refund and was told I had no monetary value left on my account. I call fraud on this. Per the cost of service there was $525 of unused treatments. Rep, Logan claimed she (yes, female) spoke to her manager, but I doubt it as the establishment was still calling me to set up appointments. If she had spoken to them they would not have contacted me. I am a medical professional who purchased laser hair removal from LaserAway—not “reduction”—and completed 26 full treatments across multiple body areas exactly as instructed. Despite perfect compliance, dark hair, appropriate skin tone, no tanning, and fully normal lab work, substantial hair remains, proving the treatments failed entirely. After spending tens of thousands of dollars, I was only later told LaserAway provides “hair reduction”—a blatant bait-and-switch, false advertising, and deceptive marketing tactic. Corporate has ignored repeated calls, in-person visits, and documented medical evidence, while marketing staff continue aggressively soliciting additional payments for treatments that do not work. LaserAway demonstrates chronic employee turnover, systemic incompetence, and total lack of accountability. They have been the subject of class action lawsuits and hundreds of BBB complaints describing the same neglect and deception. I demand immediate accountability, correction, and resolution for the failed services. Until then, I strongly caution all consumers against this company.

Very expensive, I bought a package and half way through they burnt my face and I had to wait three weeks before getting an Hydro facial. I asked a refund for remaining session and they won't allow it but obviously I would never go back, they are also dishonest.

Le pongo una estrella porque no me deja escribir si no le pongo una. Leí un comentario de alguien que dijo que el personal la había estafado, lástima no haber visto los comentarios antes. Y si, fui estafada por una de sus muchachas y lo peor es que la empresa no se hizo responsable te ofrecen financiamiento sin intereses y luego te salen que no saben porque te están cobrando intereses aparte te cancelan las citas y supongo que es con el propósito de que te vuelva a crecer el vello y así gastes más. Son unos ladrones y aparte todo caro.

Poor app and unclear unit reporting history. Feels like a scam sales tactic. We never know what brand they’re using on us. We never know how much product they actually use. All we know is that it wears off in less than two months. BE CAREFUL!
