**Avoid LaserAway at All Costs – Predatory Sales, Shady Policies, and Zero Integrity** Dealing with LaserAway has been an absolute nightmare, and it's astonishing that a company in the aesthetics industry operates with such blatant disregard for customers. From the moment you walk in (or even before, with their relentless sales calls and texts), it's clear this place is not about providing quality treatments—it's a high-pressure sales machine designed to squeeze every possible dollar out of you through nonstop upselling and manipulative tactics. You can't simply book a straightforward service like Botox or filler. No, every visit turns into an exhausting interrogation where staff push packages you don't want, making you feel like you're doing something wrong if you just want a single treatment. The irony? They'd probably make more loyal customers (and money long-term) if they allowed simple à la carte options without the constant hounding. What's truly infuriating is the complete lack of consistency or transparency in their "system." Rules seem to change depending on who's speaking to you and what they're trying to sell that day. My mom and I both have accounts, and we've transferred leftover Botox units between us without issue in the past. But this time? My mom booked an appointment for me to use her remaining units, and initially, the nurse said it was fine—we could transfer them easily. Five minutes later, the front desk rep (the same one who'd been aggressively calling my mom to buy a new package) swoops in and declares: "Actually, no—you can't transfer existing units unless your mom buys another package." When pressed for an explanation of how one has anything to do with the other, she couldn't provide one. It was obvious this "policy" was invented on the spot to block us from using what we'd already paid for, purely to force another sale. My mom requested a manager and was bounced around to 3-4 different people, each giving conflicting stories and zero real answers. Finally, one promised to "find a solution" and call back. That was four days ago—no call, no follow-up, just radio silence. Classic LaserAway: make promises they have no intention of keeping to get you off the phone. At this point, even the thought of getting a quick Botox touch-up fills me with anxiety because I know it'll involve battling their sales gauntlet. Their customer service is nonexistent, and the way staff arbitrarily "change the rules" to prevent you from using your own prepaid services is downright shady and unethical. My mom and I are done—we're closing our accounts and taking our business elsewhere to a provider that treats clients like people, not ATMs. LaserAway lacks any shred of integrity, and based on the flood of similar complaints online, we're far from alone. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money—go anywhere else. 1 star only because zero isn't an option.
