I wouldn't recommend buying Larson storm doors ,supposed to be life time warranty. They said if I buy a new one they would give me a $20 dollar check with proof of purchase. That doesn't cover the tax. Will not buy another Larson product.

I purchased 3 of the doors which are constantly failing in one way or another, screens not sliding up and down, handles falling off... I am constantly ordering parts that can take 6+ weeks to receive and paying for a service man to repair it. So frustrated. Go with the other name brand/higher cost doors. I would guess it would save in the long run.

purchased a midview 20. The screen is located in the bottom panel and there is no option to moving it to the top panel so if your kids go to open the door and push the door, they push out the screen. This is one stupid design.

Bought 2 Larson storm doors and 2 larson quick fit lock assys. Doors came damaged took 3 months to get the parts to install them. Lock assys defective. you can lock the deadbolt with key or from inside, but it will not unlock. EXTREME FIRE SAFETY HAZARD SHOULD A FIRE ERUPT, YOU WILL BE TRAPPED INSIDE

I ordered the wrong screen screen door. I realized it was incorrect BEFORE opening the box. LARSON doesn't accept open boxes. I sent them pictures of my box which was falling apart when I picked it up from the warehouse. They told me I had opened it and they wouldn't accept it. They suck.

Poorly made. absolute nightmare put together. I mean nightmare. the directions must have been printed in hell. Creeks and squeaks when you open and close it. like an old war out door after 2 days to put it together. Then after purchasing it. found out does not come with a handle .you have to buy that separately you can only buy theirs . No other handle will fit and it's $100 what kind of crap is that

Stay away from Larson screen doors. A door this expensive should not fall apart every time you close the door!!! Piss poor product stay away from larson
