Credit report not shown
Credit report not shown but applicant did have credit. I had to get applicant to provide his own credit report.

Warren, I'm sorry to hear that you had some trouble with your report. If you ever have a question about a report run, please feel free to contact us. We run our reports through Trans Union and can reach out to them to see if the information is incomplete and, if it is, why it was returned this way. We are currently in contact with them. Someone will reach out to you via email today to discuss the details.

Would like to see the last 4 digits of …
Would like to see the last 4 digits of applicants SS# on report, so I can verify the one they gave me on my application is not fraudulent.

Hello, Steven! I apologize, but we are only allowed to provide the applicant's SSN to Trans Union. We do not keep that information on file in our own systems. It is sent straight to the credit agency. As part of our screening process, we do verify that the individual authorizing is the owner of the SSN that they are providing for the report.

Paying more for Less.
I have been using Landlord Station since 2014.It is a wonderful tool for Landlords. However I feel that the quality and thoroughness of the report was better back in 2014. In fact it was more than a Credit Report. I got more for $22 per Tenant. To get similar quality, It appears we have to pay over $35 per Tenant. I like the purchasing in bulk option. I was able to screen more potential Tenants for this Unit.

Hello, Alice! I do apologize, but as Trans Union raises their prices, we are obligated to raise ours as well. We do try to provide options for our customers so that you can get the most for your money. The bulk screening credits that you mentioned are some of our best savings and those do not expire. They are available in your account until you're ready to use them.
