You couldn't run a report for a client. Reason is not specified but I try to contact you via email and got no response. I have never received credit for the records that you are not able to get but that were paid for. Last client that this happened with is Yusmaydi Tabares. Please issue the credit, this tenant will not longer be renting with us.

Hi, Karym! I don't show that we have an email in regards to this on file. I'm so sorry that didn't get to us! I'm canceling that order for you and that will void the pending charge (that means it will drop off your account. Just so that you're aware, if a screening order is unrun after 30 days, that pending charge does automatically void for you so that it's not just sitting there indefinitely. Hi, Gloria! I'm sorry you had trouble contacting us. I don't show that an email/call made it to us. Our email address is [email protected] and our phone number is 866.613.7773 Please feel free to reach out with any questions. When you choose the 'Tenant Pays' option, they will add their credit card information prior to authorizing the report.

There was a typographical error made by the applicant and he only caught it after the information was submitted. We emailed LS to update the mistake and they are not able to. Client would have to spend another $45 to redo the application. We went to another company. I'm not sure I will continue using them in the future for my clients.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave a review! Previously the income amount was reflected on TransUnion's reports, so we had no way to update that once the reports were submitted. They made an update that removed the income information from the report, though we still provide that on your summary page as part of Income vs Rent section. The income that your potential tenant provides in no way affects the tenant screening report provided, only that Income vs Rent on the summary page. Our dev team was able to update this information for you, using the information you provided to our customer service team. The customer service team has also been alerted to our ability to do this now as well. If you have an applicant that has this issue in the future, please reach out and we can make the same update for them as well. Hi, Lilian! I show that you have ordered 3 screenings this month and 2 of those have been authorized and delivered to you in your account. The two that have been run and delivered have been charged to your card. That third report is waiting on some additional information, but because it has not been run yet that amount has only been authorized on your card, not captured. We'll reach out to you directly to see if you need some additional help or if you'd like to cancel that report so that the pending charge is voided from your card.

We’ve basically left Landlordstation for most of our items of Property Management, as the platform could be SO much better and it always seems to be a glitch in the system that makes all the mistakes that come up. Disaster left and right.
