Hi, Terese! Thank you for your feedback. We do disclose that the income is provided by the applicant. When you go in to the overview of your screening, just below the income vs rent calculator, you'll see the income. If you hover over that income, it lets you know where that's coming from. We designed it in that way to make sure that you know exactly where each piece of information is coming from. For employment history, TransUnion does provide employment history that is reported to them. If it's not reported, it won't be available. If you're looking for a reference check, we do provide that. That is included in the $65 level report. If you have any questions, please let us know! We'd love to answer those for you!

Hi, Bill! For your first question about the last four of your account, this is something we do show in your account. We noticed when speaking with you the other day that yours was not showing and have reported the bug to our development team. I'm not certain exactly what you mean by 'less ai' or that robots are a turn off... LandlordStation does not use an AI bot for customer support. Hi, Marvin! It looks like you ordered a screening with a credit and criminal included. To include an eviction report in that screening you would need to choose the Credit+Criminal+Eviction option from the Select Report dropdown on the order form. Hi, Anthony! I'm sorry you had trouble with this. I do show that you were able to connect with Pharoll and he walked you through how to access your credit through your account. These credits are made available every 30 days for the Credit+Criminal reports and you'll see that screening level marked with an available credit in your account. It is applied when you place the order. If you have any additional questions, we'd be happy to help with those! Please let us know.

Hi, Sue! I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble changing the address, but I'm glad you were connected to our team and that they were able to walk you through how to update that email. TransUnion did update the layout of their report a year or two ago and removed the recommendation that they provided, but that is the only piece of information that was removed. We still offer credit, criminal, and eviction reports. Was there something else that you're missing? We'd be happy to walk you through your report and answer any questions that you may have. This would mean that you received more information this time. There was some updating on the format of the report, but there shouldn't have been a difference in the type of information provided.
