Brinda la informacion Adecuada para decidir
El sistema investiga la informacion adecuada sobre el potencial inquilino sin marear de datos innecesarios. Ante la duda de la informacion a brindarme, porque el nombre de mi cliente era muy comun , LanlordStation solicito un par de dias mas para chequear con otras fuentes de informacion y asegurarse que la informacion a brindar sobre el inquilino sea la verdadera y actualizada. Fue mi primer experiencia con este sistema y supero mis espectativas

Improvement needed in the speed category.
Every single check that has been conpleted thus far has been placed on hold for some reason. A competitors site was used in comparison and the checks were not held up and were completed days before landlordstation.com. In a rapidly evolving industry with multiple offers and contracts flying... hours and certainly days, cost money and lose contracts.

Stephen, It looks like your reports have been held while deeper checks were done on those criminal files. These records are kept by the government by name and DOB, not necessarily by SSN, so there are times that they come back in error, especially if a name is more common. Because of this we request a deeper search from Trans Union (at no additional cost to you) to make sure that you receive the most accurate information available. Many companies do not do this as part of their criminal background search. I do apologize if there was a delay for this. It does take some time to manually verify these records. Typically the turn around time is just a few hours while within business hours. It can be a little longer over the weekend, but we do get that information to you ask quickly as we can. If you ever need the credit report released while we wait on the criminal report, please feel free to reach out to us for that.
