I'm sorry that you had trouble with this report, MT. Because there is no central database for criminal records there is a chance that they can come up in error or that Trans Union (the credit agency that we run the reports through) may not have the information on file. LandlordStation works to provide you with the most accurate information available by requesting a deeper check on all potentially erroneous criminal reports (that deeper check is done at no extra cost to you). We are also more than happy to check on any records that you believe should have been attached to the report. If you provide this information to us we can make sure that Trans Union is aware of the missing information as well as provide you with a partial refund. Please do note that arrest records and traffic violations are not included in a criminal background check. I do show in our records that we were in communication about this with you via email, but we never received a response from you when we asked about those details. We'd be happy to continue working with you on this, but we will need the information requested from you via email. Hello, Keith! I'm sorry that you didn't receive the email that was sent to let you know that the report was ready. I double checked our system and I do show that it was sent out. For any future orders, I would suggest that you whitelist the email [email protected] to make sure those emails are not filtered to spam.

Hello, Louanne! I'm sorry that you had trouble with your order. I took a look and it looks like both of your reports were returned the day after they were ordered. We are legally required to reach out to the applicant for authorization and to verify their identity before we may run and deliver the report to you. I'm afraid that it cannot be done without this authorization. I show that there was a slight delay due to a deeper check on the criminal reports. There is no central database for criminal records, and because those records are not necessarily kept by the applicant's social security number, there are times that incorrect information is returned. At no extra cost to you we request a deeper check on potentially erroneous criminal reports to make sure that you receive the most accurate information available. This can take a few hours within the business day and just a bit longer outside of business hours (such as overnight or over the weekend). An email will have been sent out to you explaining this. I do apologize if you did not have a chance to read that or it was filtered out of your main inbox. I do show both of these reports were released in full to you within 24 hours of of when we received the authorization from your applicants. SmartMove is able to return the information a little quicker because they do not perform this deeper check automatically as we do. Hello! Manual verification are performed separately from the credit, criminal, and eviction reports. They often do take longer, so we do not want to hold up your other reports while waiting on the verified information. I'm afraid that we do not perform manual verification outside of business hours. They are only done Monday through Friday when we are most likely to reach those references. I also do not show any record that you have sent in the consent form to reach out to these references or the information that you would like verified. When you place an order for a report that includes manual verification an email is sent out to you with instructions on how to do that. Our records indicate that we have not received anything from you in those regards yet, so no manual verification can be performed yet. If you still need that verification done, please send the requested documents in to [email protected] If you no longer need it, please reach out to us and let us know that so that we can provide a refund back to the previous level of report for you.
