Not off to a good start
I just opened an account yesterday and sent two Tenant screenings out. I had one of the email address’ wrong, so I’ve called in and emailed for help with no luck or reply back from anyone. I need to resend the tenets screen to the correct email address and could not find any help online or through calling in. Disappointed so far for sure.

Hello, Nick! I show that we did receive an email from you yesterday morning on this subject and responded back to you within 5 minutes with instructions to update the email. I apologize if you didn't receive that. Updating an email is an easy fix. You may update that by going into your account, to the Screening section, clicking on the order number next to their information, and choosing the UPDATE option there. You'll want to make sure that box is checked to automatically resend the email to them to make sure they receive that secured link. If you have any trouble with this, please just let us know.

Great service for the little guy
As a small business owner, I've been very pleased with the service. It gives a method to manage our risk with the ability to run credit reports, and it give prospective tenants peace of mind that the data is secure.
