I ordered a pair of glasses at your first crowdfounding campaign. You took my money, but till now i have not recieved anything from you!!

Item are incredible chic and perfect quality but service and communication was incredible bad! Promise bid and never received, that mean lost money!!

I've been part of both Lance Kickstarter campaigns and oh boy! The glasses, frames and lenses, are of amazing quality. From the first campaign I bought glasses for my self and I was very surprised by the quality and stylishness of the glasses. Compared to the stores, the price was a lot less but the quality was a lot of better. Next campaign I bought myself another pair and a pair for my wife. I loved the new pair and so did my wife. I couldn't be happier about the glasses. [If I were to give a review of the Kickstarter campaigns, I would give 2 stars for the first one and 4 for the second one. The customer support was bad during the first campaign but I felt they heard the feedback and did better on the second. But Customer Support is still something they need to pay attention to.]

Excellent quality product with very good and personalized customer care

I backed them on Kickstarter, so the delivery was - as expected - not really prompt (this should be different now when they are in production, but - obviously - I have not tried :-) ). BUT then the glasses came, and immediately turned to my most beloved ones: extremely light, with perfect fit - extremely pleasant to wear ("sit on nose"), glass exactly to prescription, and above all I find they suit me well !

I ordered the Dalston blue glasses and found them very good and versatile, especially with the addition of the clip-on shades. I use them daily at home as well as work and am very pleased with them.
