I love the frames. The lenses were wrong. I order 2 other frames with prism lens a year ago. I paid for them and never received them. I have sent numerous emails. Initially they replied. They have done nothing. They sent me a pair of prism lenses. Again were wrong. They sent me a survey to pay for glasses again! I have sent emails over the last 7 months with no replies. Nothing.

I've had no problems with the product. Styles and quality are good value for the price. However, your continued use of terrible shipping partners ensures that I will not be backing any more of your campaign (I backed 3 and have still to receive my glasses of the last one, which was supposedly shipped 2 months ago!). There are plenty of dependable shipping options available, and I think you need to be accountable for the choices you make. You cannot continue to blame outside forces.

The glasses are OK, but the process of getting them, the lead time on orders and having to actively chase and cajole the company for basic info throughout the process means I wouldn't buy from them again.

I originally backed up the project on Kickstarter. They had a few delays from the original schedule, and indeed delivery was 5 months later than originally planned - I have to confess I also was losing my hopes - but I was very happy with the product I received. The glasses are light, functional, fully bendable but maintain their shape, nice in colour, and the lens were perfect for my eyes. They indeed resisted better than others I possessed to oiling and scratching. They are slightly yellowish in colour, but this is only noticeable in few occasions. The selection via the online tool to test them on your face was a bit sketchy but I must say somehow they fit really well with my face so I'm happy!

I ordered my glasses in January with the information that these should be shipped in February. Now it's June and I don't have any idea that what the situation is. Just awful communication. Delays after delays and they won't refund me. If I'm honest: I don't know that if this is a scam. I'm hoping that Kickstarter does some pre-checks for the companies and projects, but honestly I'm not expecting to get anything from this project.
