J'ai commandé deux paires il y a 2 ans qui ne sont toujours pas arrivées à ce jour. Après avoir ouvert un ticket conduisant à un long échange par mail, on me dit qu'elles sont arrivées en France mais sans me dire comment les récupérer et Lance glasses ferme la conversation... Service client pas au niveau, Extrêmement déçu !

They give you low quality glasses, and takes 1 year to get your glasses. Stay away!!!!! Also, there return policy is a joke. Just go to a local eye wear store to pick up some glasses. I do understand it is a Kickstarted and it is my fault for purchasing from Lance Glasses. When I should have done what the other comment said. Which was to stay away!! However, I didn't realize when I was getting these glasses. That they would be kid sized and the shade clip for the glasses be defective. The shade clip is a did different shape compared to the glasses, and it dose not hold/cover the lenses properly. Which I have sent pictures to the support team. Just some feed back, I could have gotten the sizing wrong on my glasses. You should tell customer how to properly get the correct sizing for your glasses before they purchase.
