This company is a complete scam. I was at my annual check up with the gynecologist that must be free. I started to get bills from this company again and again. When I asked the detalization of the bills they told me it's for doctor's office visit, this for other tests. 6 months passed since my visit I still get new bills. Stay away from this company save your nervous and money.

The employees were so nice and efficient. They also got blood really fast and painless. Lindsey was one of them.

Waste of money

I wish I would've wrote this Review last year when my Cancer Journey Begain ! But I chose not to? I chalked it up as a single bad experience? But there have been ALOT of bad experiences since then ! None that rose to the level of June 11th 2024 !! The 2 ladies that were there at 1:30 pm should not be in the Medical Field, Period !! After many unanswered calls to there Management Team ? No response to me about How Rude and IGNORANT they both are!! And that's why they are the way they are !! No Accountability for their actions at all !! I Actually had Jefferson Pain Management on My cell phone listening to the WHOLE incident and couldn't believe the way I was treated ? But it seems to be a Trend ? Because they told me themselves that they have "No Boss or Manager " !! Im done

Wish I can give them 0 stars for people working at Labcorp locations and rude condescending nasty to old people dealing with health problems and then your lucky if they only stab you one time trying to get your blood...very low quality employees!!

The Stanton Road location Every time I visit this place majority of the staff is different and the young lady that waited on me today I updated my insurance and she said the estimate cost was one hundred dollars you have bad insurance I said I never had to pay that much so long story short I went home and called my insurance company to find out that all lab tests are covered at 100% smh. Refund please

I have had active insurance from a well known hospital for over a year. They send me a bill in the mail for $750 for a 24 hour urine test over 3 weeks later. I uploaded my insurance multiple times and they would not confirm it. Then I call billing and they said they will “send the insurance information”, won’t even give me a claim number. If your going to charge me $750 without billing the insurance, then bill insurance, that sounds like fraud to me

Wantagh NY Center-Stay Away! Arrived before opening and was the first person there. Waited 30 minutes while they tried to figure out how to pen the computers. Then the supervisor yelled at me and other customers - no credit card = no blood draw. Which their corporate office said is NOT their policy. The supervisor was extremely nasty and unprofessional. How can you trust these employees?
