YUP, same experience here, COMPLETE $hit show, understaffed, overbooked and undereducated, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT, I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE. THIS IS A CASH GRAB OPERATION, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY, And offer no customer service, whatsoever, Phukkk LAB CORP

A request was made by my doctor to have blood work done for my annual physical. There is a Lab Corp office within my doctor's office and I went there with the lab request sheet. After many days passed with no results, I tried to follow-up by email and dealt with Justine K., Lab Corp..customer service rep to see why my lab results were unavailable. Justine was of no help. I am not sure if it was simply a lack of training for her or if she was just trying to kiss my request off. She kept referring me back to my physician to find out what happened to my blood sample. I advised her that my doctor simply wrote up the request and had nothing to do with the blood sample test . Once the sample is taken by Lab Corp, the sample is picked up by Lab Corp and transported to a Lab Corp lab facility. Since I have a choice for blood tests, I will probably just go to Quest to avoid having to deal with the frustration of having to help a customer service rep. to learn more about her job.

2nd Vist the wait is over 2 1/2 hours the appointments 2 to 3 weeks out. They know they have a captive customers due insurance coverage this company really don't care about customer service. I believe it is just poor management

Labcorp is one of those companies that care only about their money. I went to the office and they had their room setup so unaccomadating, there were 7 people standing. The nurses bark at you like you're an animal, sit! Prescription! Then they tell me there's a balance of under $20 from 6 years ago... duh, don't you recall??? Yeah sure... The whole process is nasty.

Bottom line they don't care. Getting results back from lab to your doctor takes 1 to 3 days . Lab corp is different . Results will take a week or more. Why? Most of there business comes from Ahcccs. People on Ahcccs are not as important . Only thing that keeps them afloat is there accuracy, thats not hard to do. Try to call them , good luck they rarely answer the phone. Recording has lies, saying there busy with taking calls , can't leave a message , to extend the recording they name all the holidays there not open . Everyone knows this already. There are not alot of lab companies they are the worst ratings.

They will send you bills even if your insurance has paid in full. They will threaten you with collections. I paid the bill one time, and went back to my Doctor's office saying casually I had paid the bill from them. My Doctor's office staff were very upset and told me to never pay LabCorp when they send the bill, because insurance has covered it and the Doctor's office authorized it. So. I'll let them send my $10 invoice to collections. Go for it, LabCorp.

The phlebotomist in Kingston NY are incapable of taking blood. I have gone to labcorp 5 times in the past year and each time I get pricked about 5 or 6 times before someone can get my blood. I informed them that the phlebotomists in this office have a difficult time getting my blood, but one of the techs said she likes a challenge. This last time was the worst, she tried 3 times and the phlebotomist hit a nerve and I got shooting pain into my fingers. When I told her that the only place they have success is in my hand, she blew the vain. No one has EVER done that. That was it, I left and will never go back!

If you have to have constant blood draws for results, due to transplantations or any other chronic health issues, do anything you can NOT to use #Labcorp. They are the worst, most unorganized, and dysfunctional company with horrible, haughty Phlebotomists. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my 69 yrs!! I have the unfortunate task of having to get monthly draws (at a specific time) to monitor my kidney transplant.
