What a nightmare! Never use them if you can help it! I had a "special test" done and had issues from the start. I owed them a couple hundred dollars and have been fighting with them for almost a year. First, I couldn't get into the website, the customer service guy spoke to me like I was stupid and then they never would send me a bill, unless I was already late for it. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO PAY A BILL IF THEY DON'T SEND ME ONE??? Customer service all around was just plain rude, like they deal with this all the time, shocker. They state that they won't send out bills if you sign up for a payment plan, make that make sense. Don't waste your time or energy with them, make sure you are not having tests done through these people EVER. Safe yourself time, frustration and energy.

When accessing labcorp online to buy test, you might get directed to 3rd party apps for payment. Then able to pick a labcorp lab. You would expect since the 2 have a contract, things would be seamless. They are not. 8/2026, the site made me pay 188.00 and wouldn't work wirh insurance who is contracted with Labcorp. Show up to lab and they made me pay again because they couldn't see payment. After draw, I requested refund of overpayment. They only refunded part due to a 20% cancel fee, although I didn't cancel. Then due to refund, they cancelled labs and didn't produce results, but! Just yesterday I see that labcorp processed my copay which means they bill for services they know weren't provided. I've made numerous calls with no help. Labcorp customer service blames on lab, lab blames on company. So now Im into this 100.00 with no lab results.

They do not respect appointments People walked in and wait People with appointments also walk in and wait I have an appointment and I have been waiting for more than an hour The girl in charge is not efficient and not helpful at all I will never come back again

I had a 2:40 appointment at Jog near Woolbright in Boynton Beach. I received a text from Labcorp telling me to checkin using the attached link.So when I parked I tried to checkin but couldn't. Very frustrating so I just went in. By then it was 2:45. The lady behind the front desk told me I was late (5min) because I was trying to check in online as the text I received instructed me to. She then said we don't take walk ins at this hour. I said I had an appointment and wasn't a walk in. She was yelling at me and held a tube of someone else's blood in front of my face telling me it takes 15 minutes to spin and 30 min to wait equaling 45 min per tube! She held a tube filled with someone's else's blood in front of my face!! HOW INAPPROPRIATE and disgusting! I can't stand the site of blood including mine! She yelled that she wanted to go home as they close at 3pm. I was trying to explain to her that I can't see close up and was trying to do the right thing and check in as instructed but had trouble identifying photos of buckets. She then said they didn't send that text and next time don't pay attention to it and come inside to check in. I showed her the text said Labcorp. She finally took my blood after yelling at me for 10 minutes. When I left it was 2:59pm and there was a woman sitting in the lobby...a walk in saying her Dr told her to go there. I sat in my car which was in front of Labcorp and the lady didn't come out till after 3:15 when I left. I did see the nasty employee leave at 3:15pm so taking my blood didn't make her leave late. This was the 2nd time 2nd location I have experienced nasty staff!

I am very pleased with being able to make my appointment on line. It’s been very easy and convenient. The location of this facility is nice and convenient as well. The check in and wait is very minimal when you have a scheduled appointment. The two lab technicians that were there (Augustine & Bento) in Brawley, CA. were very cordial and provided an excellent service in taking my mom’s bloodwork. Thank you for your service. Mahalo….

The outgoing personality of Agustin and Beto made the visit pleasant. They are fast and efficient in processing their clients.

Labcorp's billing department is totally incompetent. I had 4 identical blood draws and received 4 invoices. After contacting my insurance and Labcorp, I was instructed to have my provider contact Labcorp with the documentation for "Medical Necessity." The provider contacted Labcorp 3 times. I continued to be billed and contacted Labcorp again. I am still getting billed for 1 of the 4 draws. I contacted Labcorp again with now it will take more wasted time on my part and my provider's. Unacceptable.

What a horrid company. Customer service is filled with aggressively stupid people. Dealing with them is an absolute nightmare.
