Unless you want to wait and wait, do not order from this Company
I ordered for the first time my dogs flea and tick medication on line from this Company. It took about two weeks to find out our Vet here in Fla. had to give me a hard copy and I had to Mail them the RX.
I mailed it the day I received it. The problem started after I waited about 6 days to see if they received the RX and got a new story from customer service on every call. I heard it was at the bottom of the pile, to they did not have it,(even though the last REP. told me they had it, to it was mailed, to they still were still working on it. When I looked on line it showed they were still waiting for RX. I am sure Customer Service documents when you call the company. It took almost one month to finally receive this and they sent it the slowest way possible, and only after I talked to a Supervisor and complained.
When I wrote them a complaint, I received an e mail back blaming it on my Vets time line. I will NEVER order from this Company and if you need anything quick, I would not order from this company ever.

Paid 2x for expediting, waited 2x as long for arrival. Still waiting. Never again.
I ordered 3 IV bags of subcutaneous fluids and 3 sets of tubing on 13 December. This was a repeat order for a condition that has been consistent since May. I made the order a week in advance of need and paid for expedited shipping just in case. I am still waiting for the order to arrive on 20 December.
Tracking the packages (it was shipped in 2 shipments) was confusing. I received a mail on 17 December announcing that the order was shipped. Though this was rather late--why would it take 4 days?--I awaited its arrival... and am still waiting. Then yesterday I received another mail announcing shipment--a full 6 business days since the placement of the order. When I called customer service, I was told that it would not arrive until Saturday (23 December) at the earliest. When I asked why it took the company's pharmacy so long to approve a repeat order (7 months on the system), I was given excuses about the Rx and faxes, backlog of orders, and other irrelevant details that were unrelated to my order.
With no useful customer service input on the side of KV, I suggested that they overnight a set at their expense. I was put on hold and then told that even if they were to do such a thing, it wouldn't arrive until 23.12 OR THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
This means I will need to make an emergency visit to the vet in order to pay twice as much for a sub-q set as I wait for this order to arrive who-knows-when. All this, after paying extra for faster shipping.
So I will not be patronizing KV Supply in the future and instead will be buying from Valley Vet Supply, from whom I have not experienced these issues. The only reason I ordered from KV this round was due to slightly cheaper prices; in the end the cost of shipping, the cost of buying from the clinic, and the investment of time chasing these things down makes this a far more expensive order.

KV Supply is not the same company with …
KV Supply is not the same company with which I have dealt since the 1980's. They no longer have the pleasant and knowledgeable David City, NE, phone staff but now use a call center of untrained people who know nothing about the actual business. KV Supply also employs false advertising by their paper catalog offering "5X KV Bucks...on ALL Orders!" when it really only applies to online orders. If you're confused by all the various phone numbers, and unfortunate enough to choose the wrong one for ordering (instead of online), even though you have a Keycode & Customer # on your catalog, you receive none of the advertised benefits. But "online only", very conveniently for KV, isn't mentioned anywhere...until you speak with their Customer Service. It was this customer's joy dealing with KV Vet Supply in the past. Sadly, KV has apparently taken the same route as other companies where the only thing that matters is their profit. So, my customer relationship with KV Supply ended today.

Wish I'd come across these reviews …
Wish I'd come across these reviews sooner.
I placed an order a prescription medication for my dog over a week ago. I called my vet yesterday to see if they had received the request from KV Supply yet as the order status states "This item will process and ship after Prescriptions are approved. All prescriptions will not be fulfilled until approved by your veterinarian." My vet confirmed that they received fax requests 4 days in a row and each time sent authorization back. Yesterday my vet called KV Supply when another fax was received. Per KV Pharmacy, their incoming fax is not working (which makes me wonder why they were even sending out requests that they couldn't receive back), so KV Pharmacy took a verbal authorization from my vet.
I called today to check the status of the medication and was told that they were waiting on the approval. When I explained the vet had called in yesterday due to the repeated faxes, I was told the rep would need to take my name and number and call me back after she emailed the pharmacy. She was "unable to call them due to increased call volume at this time". At that point I informed the rep that I would need to cancel the order if it was not processed today as this was and asked if she would be able to give me a call back today with the status. I was told that she "could not give me an answer about when she would call me back". I explained again that if I did not hear something by this evening I would need to cancel and go elsewhere and asked her if I could request a cancellation on-line if it was needed. She huffed and said that I was "asking too many questions she could not give me answers to" and that it would be a "hassle because she would have to go to another area to process a cancel request if I ended up cancelling". She was then placed me on hold and was, by some miracle, able to reach the pharmacy, who confirmed that, by yet another miracle, a fax from my vet came in yesterday.
She said that the order would be processed today and shipped out, but I will not believe that until I see it. Save yourself the time and headache and go with another company that can actually manage what they are doing.

Company is awful to deal with
Company is awful to deal with. Takes forever to get through and don't respond email in a timely manner. Placed an order over 3 weeks ago and called to get a status. CSR could not tell me what the status of the order. Needed to contact Pharmacy department for disposition. When challenged about the $$ already paid for the order - CSR said to me that $$ was preauthorized only - which is totally inaccurate - money was already debited/charged 3 weeks ago with no status on order fulfillment, delays in the order or anything. BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! Be forwarned!

Don't count on KV Supply for anything medically necessary for your pet!
I'm writing this as I sit on hold for the third time since placing an online order for my ten year old Great Dane's Previcox, a necessary medication in the management of very painful arthritis.
Order was paced on 9/28/17. I received an immediate confirmation email, then a second email the following day with a subject reading "yippee, your order has shipped." - not surprising as the website indicated the medication to be 'in stock'. After several days, I attempted to track my package and learned that ,in fact, my medication had NOT shipped. Instead, what the email referred to was that my 'KV Bucks', some silly promotional thing I care nothing about had 'shipped'. I confirmed that my vet had promptly approved the order, then called KV and was told that the medication was no longer being sold in quantities of 30, as I had ordered, but instead was now being sold in quantities of 1. I would need a new vet approval for 30 of the quantity of 1. Could this be any more ridiculous?! I was assured that a new approval would be sought immediately. I also asked that the medication be over-nighted as I only had doses for a few days.
The following day, October 5th I called again to confirm that the medicatioin had shipped as promised and learned that not only had it not, but that there was no record of my call the previous day! I was placed on hold for several minutes before the customer service representative (who was quite nice and appeared concerned) came on the line and told me that in fact my vet HAD approved it. She indicated that she had been given approval to have my order over-nighted and PROMISED that my order would be processed and shipped for receipt no later than today, Saturday, October 7th.
It is now 7pm on the date delivery was promised and OF COURSE, there has been no delivery. Shame on me for trusting that this would be done correctly. Most concerning is that my dog will be without his medication on tomorrow's date as my vet's office is closed.
If KV wants to be in the pet medication business, they need to recognize the liability of failing to provide necessary medications within the parameters of what they promise.
This likely former customer WILL be following up.
Very angry. Very disappointed.
