I had previously given one star bc of a fiasco regarding my order of Lactaid ringers for my cat. I received, like many of you did, and email from Ms Lloyd. Never had an issue with KV Supply until this transition. Since they already had my vets refills in system, I looked up the lactaid ringers on their website on 12/24 and the site stated that it was in stock and would be sent out for to day delivery on 12/26. I called customer service and a new employee was giving me erroneous info when supervisor, Carrie, intervened bc she overheard what he was saying. She was helpful in the past fiasco. I did not received the order email but by 12/26 had not received a tracking number. I called customer service again and was told that Carrie had put a note to make sure that was sent out immediately. I received the tracking number and the order in two days. Thank you Carrie for staying on top of it. The problem is that this company is using a pharmacy that is separate from them and seems to be incompetent. I was told they are creating their own. Until they get the med situation together, they may not want to sell or promote them bc it is hurting the company as a whole based on the many reviewers below who are abandoning the company.

Finally gave up and placed internet order. Had difficulty with that process as I was asked for a prescription which was already on file. In other words, there was little organization on the web. I'm not surprised they are out of the prescription business although the fulfillment process was excellent - orders arrived in 2 or 3 days.

I needed to call customer service about a pharmacy order. I had to call 4 times. The first three times I was on hold 10 minutes, for a total of 30 minutes on hold. The fourth time I was on long for 12 minutes, but I had to talk to someone about the order. By the time I finally spoke to someone, I was so frustrated I canceled the order and went somewhere else.

order dog treats 4lb bags it said on there site sent 31/2 lb bags. short 21/2 lb told them . that was it they did not care.

Still working through my order issue.

I was able to get two jars of kitten milk replacement for the price of 1 at the pet store. Shipping was a little slow and was rescheduled for a day later than expected but the price was worth the wait.

Best price but my animal was listed as a dog and not a horse on the prescription.

Ordered medication through vet's office. I watched as vet staff faxed the rx authorization to KV. A week later I get a call from KV that they were waiting to hear back from vet. Really? Anyway, they said every time they called my vet, they got a machine. NO. They kept hitting the prompt for "rx refills". After 1 or 2 times, if you don't get anywhere, hit zero. So I had to tell them to do that. For my trouble, they sent my shipment next business day which turned out to be 2 days. UPS decided to deliver the medication to the neighbor's house instead of mine. On a positive note the prices are very good for medications. Customer service is also nice, so next time, I will make sure I put my order in for refills much sooner.
