Had found some supplies for a fair price. Several items noted "ships in one business day" ... which was more of a thought than an actual practice. I placed the order very early on Tuesday and was notified of shipped at 2a Friday. Came 3 days later than expected. All products, stainless steel dog bowls and canine dewormer, were fine quality. One dewormer was not included. Great products if you don't care when it's delivered.

Because of bad communication between Customer Service and the Pharmacy department, I was forced to take my business/order to Valley Vet My vet kept trying to call in my order and was told by pharmacy that they couldn't take it, even after I spoke with Customer Service with the instruction that it could be accepted by pharmacy. I lost 5 days of meds for my horse. I know it was because of your merger, but, really???

Rose, I sincerely apologize for the issues with your order. With every transition come issues that need to be worked through, and this transition has been no different. Both our technology and pharmacy processes have been impacted by the changes made as part of this welcome acquisition. We had planned for these changes to be seamless to our customers; however, we are fully aware that issues have arisen and we are working hard to address these as quickly as possible. I can promise you that the commitment to Customer Service and Pharmacy are the same now as they have been. We are hopeful that you will give us the opportunity to again be a partner in maintaining the health of your beloved family members. Sincerely, Tracie Lloyd, General Manager

KV has quick response to ship products as long as they are in stock. Lately been having trouble though with things I need to order being out of stock and the star rating may change for me if this trend continues. It is difficult when you place an order but run out of the supplement because they didn't come back in stock in time. You run around to find the product elsewhere and pay more then your backorder arrives and you are double stocked and double payed for awhile.

I wanted to order a particular brand of medication but it was out of stock. Since I needed to medication and did not know how long the preferred brand would be unavailable, I had to order another brand. So, even though I could not get the brand I preferred, the brand I did order was efficiently and quickly processed and shipped. I appreciate the fast service.

Ordering was quick, as was processing and delivery. Purchased an entire annual rotation for one horse.

Wanted Salmon oil but none of any brand in stock and no back orders allowed. Why and when will it be available? Otherwise good experience. L
