I ordered heart worm preventative. I was pleased at how quickly it came. I have learned that when I order a year supply it will expire before it is finished. I like to order a year supply for 2 dogs at a time to save on postage and handling. Take that into consideration when ordering medication.

They stayed in touch, found a mistake I had made, and we were able to easily correct it.

When there is a shortage of lactated ringers solution, I am limited to purchasing 3 bags per week. Because I am being limited in my purchase, my order is less than $50, so I am charged $5 handling fee each week. I would gladly order $100 worth or more at a time, but KV is limiting me. It would help if I could place an order for 10-12 bags at a time, then have them ship 3 bags per week until my order is fulfilled without charging me shipping or handling. It's also very inconvenient to have to remember to order every week. Besides this issue, I have been very happy with the company. UPDATE: KV Supply worked with me to remove the handling fee when supplies are low. I have since been very happy with their products and service

I think the website could be a little more user friendly. You can't beat the savings.

I have 4 Dogs so maintenace drugs such as Heartgard and Advantix can get expensive. I have found KV to be the best for these items. I also have one dog who suffers from Urinary incontinence & takes Proin. Again best price around. Even though for me it is mail order it still only takes a few days to receive. Also excellent customer service people on the rare ocassions I have had to call.

I recently purchased 4 tubes of Petrodex poultry flavored toothpaste, plus some other items to get the total beyond the $50, and avoid the $5 handling. I was pleasantly surprised with the 3 day shipping--I was almost out of toothpaste, and since one of my three dogs has had expensive dental issues, I was ready to buy a tube at a retail store to tide us over the time of regular 7 days ground shipping. With the 3 day shipping, the toothpaste arrived just in time. Thank you for our great service!
