Perfect source for the 500 count Pet Tabs. Not everyone seems to have them. Price is good and delivery is spot on.

Wasnt thrilled. Placed or online including my card info. All the info i entered in my animals and vet kept geeting erased. I finally called, put on hold forever.left a message saying didnt want my card info floating around. They called back, left contact info. I called him back, he wanted to transfer me back to custmer service. Why call me if you are just going to transfer me to a customer service you admit many didnt show up or never came back from vacation. I dont have time for that, supposedly all info was deleted

I started with a website order that couldn't find my prescription which had already been sent in by my vet. It then took me 2 days to talk to someone by phone after leaving 2 messages and waiting on hold 30 minutes or more twice. I finally told them to forget the prescription just to get my vaccines. The vaccines arrived warm with a 1 melted ice pack. When shipping vaccines to Texas in September you need more then 1. After all the initial trouble I had I didn't even bother to report the vaccines and took my business elsewhere. I will not use or recommend this company.

Ordered item online and received receipt of my order but no shipping confirmation. Called in and was told they had not received my order, so did it over the phone without a $5 processing fee. Was told should receive in 3 to 4 business days. Happy to get the discount for the inconvenience, but had I not called to inquire, I would not have been contacted.
