The only downfall was: I placed a Rx order online and had someone from KV leave me a voicemail requesting me to call back. I tried on 3 different occasions to return the call and was on an automated hold for 10+ minutes without talking to a person. On a positive note, I placed the order on a Wednesday, mailed in the handwritten Rx on Friday and had the meds within 3-4 working days I will definitely use them again!

I had a new prescription from my vet for a canine medication. I mailed the new prescription to KV, waited a few days and then ordered online. Total time between sending in the new scrip and receiving the medication was 8 days.
