I had ordered a higher dosage of medicine for my dog as the level of dosage was not available. Because of this, my vets office would not fill the script. I received a call from customer service explaining the situation. The woman who I spoke with was able to find the correct dosage that I needed in small count containers. She amend the order and re-faxed the script to my vet. She was understanding and efficient. I was truly grateful.

I had a longer wait this time - 7 days! First order was only 3 days.

I ordered an item on the 2nd of September with an estimated arrival date of a week later. Typically the products arrive within a few days. However, the follow up email predicted an even later arrival. Today when I called to investigate, I was informed that the order had not yet even shipped and the explanation offered made little sense!!!! I was told I could call back tomorrow to find out about the "fraud" alert that popped up???? Again, nothing they said made any sense. Ridiculous! I won't likely order from them again.

There was a glitch with my recent order (the website allowed a purchase for items that were temporarily limited), and the confirmation e-mail didn't let me know of the problem. I called KV Supply to see what was going on (wait time was very long), and got Jean on the phone. She explained everything about the limited items, made an adjustment to temporarily accommodate my needs, and was just incredibly efficient and so very nice. I am a very satisfied customer!

I do not like the steps in refilling a prescription. I logged on and selected the quantity and then went to Check-out. The webpage asked for all of my credit card information which I then supplied and hit submit. It showed the payment info was accepted but also on that page was an alert that I had no refills remaining and they would have to contact the vet. Had the vet not authorized that refill, I would have now been stressed about having spent hundreds of dollars. If there is an issue with a prescription or a refill, that should ABSOLUTELY be dealt with prior to taking my payment. This is a very, very bad business process and not one that anyone would ever tolerate in any other transaction

I knew what I was looking for and KV Supply quickly got it to me.

I have been using KV for just over a year, ever since my cat was diagnosed with kidney failure. I have really appreciated KV's customer service because you can actually get help from a person who is knowledgeable. I order the same products each time, and the "Quick Order" makes ordering easy. KV has gone out of its way to fix a mistake when I've ordered the wrong item or missed an opportunity to get KV Bucks.
