I'm frustrated at how slow the shipping is. I've ordered from other companies and normally receive my items in less than a week. This company tends to take two weeks. My fault for ordering when I only had a week of medication left, got caught up with the holidays. Im also wondering why it takes a few days to send the item after ordering. Example I ordered on 12/21 and my item shipped on 12/23. Tracking says I should receive my item 1/4. Other than slow shipping I see no issues. Good prices.

KV Supply has lower prices than the chain pet stores. My items are always shipped out the same or next day after placing my order and they always arrive in good condition. I would highly recommend KV Supply to anyone needing high quality pet supplies.

It has been 9 days since the order was placed and I did not receive a notice until I asked about the status of the order. According to the tracking information I was able to determine that it would be another 6 days to receive the item. It would have been nice to receive a tracking number when the item was shipped.

I have three dogs that are all on medication. One has to have medication 3 times a day. It is a challenge to keep track of all of the medications and make sure I have plenty on hand and do not run out. With KV I can order on-line anytime, night or day, and the order is mailed out by priority mail. It takes one worry off of my mind.

This was the first time I used an online company to fill my pet's prescription. They were very patient and helpful throughout the process. The price was good too!

All except for one occasion KVSupply has done extremely well by me. I like the product I purchase. I have been dealing with KVSupply for many years. Only problem I have is the high cost of shipping. KVSupply is very easy to deal with and is very supportive if any issues arise.
