I have not been able to place an order for this product. I understand it is a problem with your supplier from several months back. It should have been resolved by now. I now have to look for another source or order a less desirable product for which I must get a new prescription. ):

I have a customer for about 10 years and whether i order online or have the opportunity to stop in on a cross country trip, the staff can not be beat. They are wonderful. The f I lived near David City, I'd like to work there.

Ordering was super easy. BUT...Our order arrived after the date on the email confirmation. Ordered a Kong which was much smaller than I expected. Description needs to reflect the size of the item...not the weight of the dog. Ordered an Arachnoid squeaky toy. We have had 3 of these in the past, which our dog loved. The one we received in this order, I COULD NOT make it squeak. My husband had to practically stand on it to get one squeak. It is impossible for my dog. KW has changed them and they are no longer enjoyable for my dog. This is not because of something KV Supply did, but you should know about it. Not thrilled with either item but will deal with it.
