I have been ordering my dogs medication from KV since 2011. I have only had an issue once. It was a miscommunication and KV staff went above and beyond to make sure that the meds were shipped to me before my dog was out of her prescription. I have extremely happy with KV and have recommended them to my friends.

Our local supplier was unable to provide the heart medication we needed for our doberman and we found this out on short notice over the holiday weekend. KV Supply worked with our vet to get the medication sent via 2 day air (even with a snow storm that was shutting down their facility). We did actually receive the medication in 2 days. Thank you.

With a litter of 12 Great Dane puppies in need of Goats Milk Esbilac, we ordered 5lbs, 2nd day delivery on Thursday December 24th. KV's web site stated 'All orders placed before noon are shipped same day'. We expected delivery Monday at a cost of $40+ for a 2nd day delivery shipment.. Knowing how much & fast Great Dane puppies consume, we ordered an additional 10 lbs on Saturday the 26th, regular shipping. We learned that the original 2nd day delivery shipment was not shipped on the 24th as promised on KV's web site. We were told at first that UPS did not pick up that day. In a subsequent conversation, we were told that KV closed at noon. All of these excuses belied that fact that this was not explained on the KV web site & we expected it to be shipped on the 24th. This caused us to have to purchase 8 -12oz cans from a local Veterinarian at a cost of $34 each. Which barely lasted us until Wednesday December 30th, when the 2nd day delivery shipment finally arrived. Lo & behold the order of 10lbs placed with regular shipment on the 26th arrived the very next day.....
