I love reading your calendar and thought I had placed an order for gifts for my pups, grandpups and friends' pups. However, I never received the dog toys. Then I received this request from you for my opinion after ordering. So it seems you believe I ordered something too! I am very confused and hope you can figure this out for me. I am so impressed with KV Supply customer service on the phone. There was a website mistake with my online order and I received a call from representative, Fran. She told me the product that I ordered is actually not available by that manufacturer anymore, but she took me through a series of other possible products that could work for my dog. I asked her about an additional product that I might be able to find a replacement for as well, and she told me she'd call me back with information. When I received my return phone call several moments later, she had done a ton of research for me! She had asked the veterinarian and the pharmacist which medications were similar and considered all the potential options. She was ready with a couple products to inform me of. She waived the shipping fee since my order was $49 and change. The medication arrived in good time. Thank you!
