The KURU customer service representative could not have been more helpful. She was professional and thorough, making sure I had the QR code for my return and also all needed to order another pair of KURU shoes. Absolutely wonderful and smooth experience.

I ordered a pair of Kuru shoes before Thanksgiving. I never got a purchase receipt email or tracking number, only an email with "while you're waiting on your new shoes" about breaking them in, etc. I called customer service. They said that there was a problem with the order and that they would fix it and send a confirmation email and tracking number. I did not receive it. Called the next day, and the story I got this time was "there was a strike at the factory in Canada and one at the shipping company". This time I did receive the email with the order number and tracking number, but when I type in the tracking number with UPS, it says that the label has been created but that UPS has yet to receive the shoes from the company. Unbelievably frustrating. I don't care how good their shoes are reported to be, I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company.

The shoes you ordered on Thanksgiving are still within a two-week timeframe, and the delays you're encountering are due to unforeseen circumstances. The strike was not anticipated, and unfortunately, it has impacted the speed of our shipping process. While this is beyond our control, we are actively seeking solutions to minimize the delays. One of these solutions includes transferring packages to the U.S. border for pickup by UPS, which has slowed things down but is helping us move orders forward.
