My experience with you has been very… Satisfactory
My experience with you has been very great I love the shoes they help my feet because I work in a kitchen and I've tried different shoes but I've always came back to yours thank you so much for great products
Response from KURU FootwearApr 17, 2026
Now that is what we love to hear, especially from someone putting in long hours on their feet. Kitchen shifts are no joke, so knowing you have tried other options and keep coming back to us says everything. We are so glad the shoes are giving your feet the support they need to keep up with you. Thank you for trusting us to be part of your daily grind.

Excellent remedy and follow-up
Good follow-up with a problem with a shoe shipment (wrong color). As it turned out a smaller width would probably have been better suited for me (for this shoe). Customer support (via email) was excellent; answered all questions and provide helpful (detail responses on return process (via FedEx)). Return at FedEx was good. KURU shipped out a new shoe (with changes requested).

Now that is a turnaround worth stepping into. We are so glad our team was able to follow up, get the details right, and help you dial in a better fit. From sorting out the color mix-up to guiding you through the return and getting the new pair on the way, that is exactly the kind of smooth experience we aim for. And shoutout to you for catching the width adjustment, that kind of tweak can make all the difference. Thank you for taking the time to share this.

Yesterday
Yesterday, upper lace loop broke while tightening my left shoe. So, I decided to contact costumer service for support not knowing if they would be able to help me but representative was friendly and ready to help. It truly was a great experience. Thank you so much for taking care of my problem.
Response from KURU FootwearApr 17, 2026
Well that is a lace snap turned comeback story. We are so sorry that loop gave out on you, but we love hearing our team stepped in quickly and made things right. Friendly, ready to help, and problem solved is exactly how it should go. Thank you for giving us the chance to fix it and for sharing your experience.

Ten Pairs of Shoes
I have purchased ten pairs of Kuru shoes. I wear KIVI II shoes strictly as house shoes and various Kuru tennis shoes for walking, shopping and socializing. This company makes excellent shoes for the protection of your feet and stands by their products. The Customer Service is outstanding and they truly care about their customers.
Response from KURU FootwearApr 15, 2026
Ten pairs? That is what we call a full blown sole-mate commitment. We love that your KIVI II has claimed its throne as the official house shoe while the rest of your KURUs are out there living their best life with you. From walking to shopping to socializing, it sounds like your feet are fully booked and fully supported. And hearing that you feel the love from both our shoes and our customer service team? That is the kind of feedback that keeps us on our toes in the best way. Thank you for being such an incredible part of the KURU family.

I believe I spoke to Juan
I believe I spoke to Juan, and he was most helpful. I believe that I ordered the wrong style of shoe, but the quality was obvious, and I will towards to the end of the month, try ordering a different style
Response from KURU FootwearApr 14, 2026
Thank you for sharing this, and I am so glad to hear Von was able to help you out. It sounds like you are on the right track with trying a different style, especially since you could already see the quality. Finding the right fit can make all the difference. We would love to help you find a pair that works better for your needs when you are ready.
