I have multiple KÜHL jeans and tops. One pair of jeans is losing it's 3rd rivit, and without my receipt I'm screwed! Who keeps and files all of their clothing receipts? A quality maker that charged like them will stand behind their work. They lost my respect, return business, and endorcement. William Oliver

The fit is nice, the colors are fine but that's about it. As good as they looked in photos on the website; when I had them delivered, the feel / quality of the material does not feel premium AT ALL, if anything it feels kind of flimsy. Definitely NOT worth the price I've paid, feels like a rip off.

Absolutely phenomenal company! I think people have issues and run straight to trashing them but Kuhl is a wonderful company with outstanding products. Some products you may have issues with and you do need to be aware of their policies but from my consistent experience they go above and beyond to do what they can for their customers in their parameters. People will hate but this is easily one of the best clothing companies out there! I swear by them and I personally have had some minor issues with SOME products but 95% is positive. Kuhl has been very true to their product & if you can do REI or a physical location that makes it even easier. I ordered only one pair from their site and the fit wasn’t right - they offered to waive the return fee & take the pants back even though I had already removed the tags. I am certain Kuhl has been improving and will continue to do so. Remember they are still a small company!

Long time owner of Kuhl gear since I lived in Colorado. I purchased a jacket from the company with a trip 2 weeks out. They sent the wrong size. I get that accidents happen. Their “virtual assistant” is the issue. Horrible experience with the ai system. I waited until Monday to call and spoke with Maureen who took care of everything! My only recommendation is if something is wrong with an order please don't waste time or get frustrated with their crap ai answer bot call and speak with a human.

Not KUHL! Unable to cancel, combine or waive shipping fees on the same day of two orders. One order received free shipping and the other one didn’t. I simply asked to combine into one order the same day. Customer service can’t or won’t combine orders or cancel orders or waive fees. Terrible operations and no empowerment to do the right thing.

I purchased a relatively expensive jacket. Later that night - after the store had closed - I noticed a hole in the pocket. It was brand new. I left that town and couldn't return it to the store. I contacted Kuhl and although they said they would repair or replace it I would have to ship it to them at my own cost. Not worth it. The product left the factory with a defect and the company expects me to spend money to get it addressed. I won't buy anything more from this company that stands for quality but doesn't stand behind it.

Please be aware that there are now two versions of The Law jeans, one that is heavy weight work wear jeans (although they only last a year or so before they get random holes and rips everywhere), one that is just a normal thin casual jean. Apparently called one of them a Jean is how you tell them apart….?! Weird, costly, time wasting and very unhelpful. Returning them now.
