Absolutely phenomenal company! I think people have issues and run straight to trashing them but Kuhl is a wonderful company with outstanding products. Some products you may have issues with and you do need to be aware of their policies but from my consistent experience they go above and beyond to do what they can for their customers in their parameters. People will hate but this is easily one of the best clothing companies out there! I swear by them and I personally have had some minor issues with SOME products but 95% is positive. Kuhl has been very true to their product & if you can do REI or a physical location that makes it even easier. I ordered only one pair from their site and the fit wasn’t right - they offered to waive the return fee & take the pants back even though I had already removed the tags. I am certain Kuhl has been improving and will continue to do so. Remember they are still a small company!

Long time owner of Kuhl gear since I lived in Colorado. I purchased a jacket from the company with a trip 2 weeks out. They sent the wrong size. I get that accidents happen. Their “virtual assistant” is the issue. Horrible experience with the ai system. I waited until Monday to call and spoke with Maureen who took care of everything! My only recommendation is if something is wrong with an order please don't waste time or get frustrated with their crap ai answer bot call and speak with a human.

KUHL is one of my favorite clothing producers! I've been wearing this brand since I first found it in an REI in Chicago. Pants, shirts, hoodies, fleeces, and I recently snagged a BURR jacket- all top quality. PRO TIP: Find an REI and go there to buy KUHL products- you can try them on and you will have zero customer service issues

I freaking Love all of my Kuhl pants Got silencer, revolver and chino lite. I am especially in love with silencer. Gonna get them all eventually :)

Excellent service from KUHL UK customer service. MIke was supportive friendly and very helpful. Great to have a human being dealing with ‘human’ issues. Well done that man! If you need support this is an example of how it should be.

So far, so good! I purchased two jackets—one for myself and one for my wife—and the shipping was impressively quick. We had already checked them out in-store but decided to order online because the floor model had a small snag. Customer service has been excellent so far, and the quality of the jackets seems great. I’ll admit I was a bit hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but our experience has been nothing but positive. For now, I’d say this is great gear and well worth considering!

My new Kuhl travel pants are marvelous! They’re comfortable and will make my warm-weather traveling so much more enjoyable. I also really appreciate the customer service. Even though it’s the Memorial Day weekend, they were able to get my order through very quickly. They have a generous return policy and I would definitely buy from Kuhl again.

I recently ordered a pair of the Haven Joggrs and an Inspira SS, these pieces have become my life uniform! I can dress them up for a casual office look, they are comfortable without looking like a slob in sweats for a day in and out of airports, and of course they are perfect for hiking, camping, biking, any outdoor activity. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!
