Please be aware that there are now two versions of The Law jeans, one that is heavy weight work wear jeans (although they only last a year or so before they get random holes and rips everywhere), one that is just a normal thin casual jean. Apparently called one of them a Jean is how you tell them apart….?! Weird, costly, time wasting and very unhelpful. Returning them now.

Looks good but for the price $365 thought I was getting a warmer jacket. It’s very thin like a spring coat. Totally disappointed

While we love the product and for years have been purchasing Kuhl clothing, the return policy was misleading! We bought some shorts from Kuhl.com. They were to small. Paid full amount taxes and postage. The return says, $7.50 will be deducted. $79 + taxes and shipping $97.74 for the shirts…credit was $75.86. Seriously…I called and customer service said that’s my credit. Never again…buy them somewhere else!!!!

Absolute bunk of a company. Had defective clothing and filed warranty return/replacement. Over a month and still nothing. I had to ship back to KUHL at MY COST on top of it all. So now, I'm out the clothing, the shipping and the replacement! Ridiculous. **UPDATE 11-13-22 After continual email and phone contact, I was finally shipped a replacement. Changed rating from 1 star to 2 stars since I did eventually get a replacement article of clothing, but still sub par customer service.
