The only bad experience that resulted from Krikawa was that the ring was so beautiful and perfect that I'm having a hard time not proposing to my girlfriend before we go on our trip to the beaches of Hawaii. In addition to the ring being just amazing, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, kept in contact with me and were prompt in all their responses.

Service was great, answers to all inquiries were prompt and thorough and the finished product is beautiful and fits perfectly!

Great product. Rings were made to our specifications and every detail was considered. Had a lot of great communication along the way, and the rings turned out beautiful. Only negative experience came after the delivery of our rings. One small detail was missing, two tiny diamonds were missing. Instead of sending the ring back we agreed to put the diamonds into another piece of jewelry instead. The new piece of jewelry was way overpriced and I got charged shipping again when I had gone out of my way to save them the cost of shipping back and forth for their original mistake. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

They did a beautiful job fixing my wedding ring, which had a broken diamond and other loose stones, and restoring it to a brilliant setting.
