Krikawa was simply AMAZING!!! From my first call inquiring about their services and how it worked to the day my rings areived, Krikawa was right there with me. The entire staff there is super friendly attentive and proactive. They were in constant contact with me every step of the way, from design to shipping. They made sure every detail was just the way I wanted it and done perfectly. I shipped them my centerstone to use and they made an engagement ring and put my stone it. They also made the wedding bands for me and my wife. When the rings arrived I was completely shocked at just how beautiful they were! Everyone who sees them says how beautiful and unique they are. I won’t recommend anyone else to friends or family and will only go through them for jewelry. Friendly honest trustworthy professional and simply beautiful work! Just give Chelsea a call and you will see. THANK YOU Krikawa for making our wedding rings as unique and special as our marriage. Your entire staff is simply the best!!!

Exceptional customer service! They updated me every step of the process. They answered all of my questions and even accommodated multiple address changes for delivery due to my work-related travel schedule. The ring came out more beautiful than I could have imagined and my fiance loves it.

My fiancé and i were visiting from Saratoga Springs NY and were married while on vacation. We stopped in the shop to look around and were delighted with the overwhelming level of customer service. They were great with their suggestions and followed through promptly on every step of the process. We left with Marianne’s wedding band and mine was ordered. I was given a temporary band for the service and was able to wear it until the order arrived. Awseome job at a fair price.

Really happy with the enhancement to my original ring. The design process was easy despite being in another state.
