They were incredibly helpful and answered all our questions. I had no problem going through the process with them and they kept me well updated. I am planning to buy my wedding bands from them as well. The engagement ring is beautiful and fits me brilliantly.

My wife and I bought our wedding rings here, and we were not disappointed. Bree especially was great! Started by showing us the nicer-end stuff, but when we made it clear that we had a lower budget and needed a quicker turnaround, she switched gears and showed us great stuff in our price range with the same amount of enthusiasm. Cleaned our engagement rings (which we didn't purchase at Krikawa) while we filled out paper work. Wedding rings ended up great quality, fit exactly how we expected them to, and arrived a week faster than we anticipated. Very, very happy with this company and will be shopping here again in future.

One of very few jewelers nationwide with the highest quality Mokome Gane metal option. My fiancé took her time and was very methodical, so our design process took nearly a year during which Briana, our Krikawa designer, never ever pushed us or even hinted we should make decisions any faster. Brianna sent us a link to a video of several stones spinning in a circle so we could pick the one that we liked best. We really appreciated Krikawa’s detailed knowledge of and willingness to work with moissanite stones which we hope are more environmentally friendly. My fiancé did a little price research which seemed to indicate other Mokame Gane jewelers had higher prices. Hard to compare the price of a totally unique custom design, though. My fiancé and I are both thrilled with the final product.

We had a few bumps in the road, but the staff at Krikawa was AMAZING and responded quickly to all of our inquiries. I will definitely recommend Krikawa to friends and family. The ring is great quality and my husband (who never wears jewelry) absolutely loves it. Thank you for being such a great jeweler!
