It was a very pleasant experience. Every question I had was answered and service was great! I was emailed multiple times to make sure I was taken care of and reassured of an open line if I came across more questions. I received my shipment on time as was discussed. The end product is beautiful, beyond words!

Ordered custom ring that was described as a 3mm band, what I received was a band that was no more than 1mm in width. Would not purchase anything from them again.

As you know, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you would kindly provide me with the name under which your order was placed, I would be happy to email you more information about how to proceed (I couldn't find an order under the name Marilyn). Also, then I could look up your job card, because we take precise measurements of every ring during the Quality Control process, and I'd like to see the actual measurements of your ring. I cannot say enough good about the Krikawa team. My husband and I have gone through some pretty heavy and exhausting things in our life together, and have come out stronger for it, by the grace of God. My new wedding ring (celebrating 35 years of faithfulness through thick and thin with my wonderful husband) seemed like an extravagance at this point, but after I saw my BEAUTIFUL 1 of a kind wedding ring (my old band is incorporated into the new band), I saw it as clear symbolism, honest sentiment and an inspiring reminder of how the Lord has brought us "beauty from ashes". When my girlfriend and I started ring hunting, we already had a diamond. Our experience at the big-name jewelry chains was impersonal and indifferent. Going into Krikawa was as different as night and day. We sat down with Chelsie and for almost 3 hours we went over different ring designs while my indecisive girlfriend (now wife) identified which features she did and didn't like about each one. Chelsie and another staff person were able to design the perfect custom engagement ring that ended up being unique and exactly what my wife wanted. Krikawa communicated with us throughout the design process, lending us rings to figure out our sizes and showing us sketches and advanced renderings of the ring before it was actually made. I would recommend Krikawa to anyone. They clearly care about their customers and will go the extra mile to make the perfect ring. My wife still smiles at her ring every time she glances at it, and strangers compliment her on it all the time.

I searched around Tucson at multiple places to buy an engagement ring. Krikawa made the best first impression as they were the most focused on the ring that would be the best for my fiancé. Through the design process, the Krikawa team was fantastic and answering any questions I had and even sketched up a design for a ring I was interested in but couldn't find in their current designs. In the end, I was very happy with the ring I got and my fiancé loves it as well. Just a note, it does take a while to get the diamonds and the setting all put together (~8 weeks). So plan accordingly!
