I was at first hesitant about ordering a customized ring online, but after speaking with designers, my doubts quickly faded. They were very helpful throughout the process, answered all questions and concerns I had, and offered suggestions and alternatives when I was undecided about specific details. I did not feel pressured to spend more than I wanted to or to choose a specific style. By the time we had finalized my design, I had no reservations about placing the order. I could not have asked for an easier experience, especially for a purchase as significant as an engagement ring. And the results did not disappoint--the ring is absolutely gorgeous!
