I found these beautiful contemporary infinity engagement ring and western floral eternity symbol wedding band for our engagement ring on pinterest. I managed to find the actual jewelry shop and I decided to go ahead to order online. At first I thought it could be risky to order an expensive jewelry online without trying them on our finger. The staff from Krikawa were very helpful even though there was some delays with emails but the rings delivered well in advance. I just wish I had extra couple of month so I could have chance to accept sizing ring procedure. Krikawa offered me to try the ring size samples which they will ship internationally so we can choose the perfect sizes but we did not have enough time so we just decided to start the production. With the ring size we provided, my ring was in perfect size but my husband's ring was somehow too big. (Don't trust the conversion chart online) I want to thank Ryan the Production Specialist, he went beyond the customer service. I had to have the rings delivered to my hotel during my 2 days trip to US and Ryan made phone calls personally to find the most convenient delivery center for me to reach (he also told me how long it will take by foot!) and to be delivered at the most suitable time for me. This was something I was really grateful about. They did not just produce beautiful rings but made sure to organize very particular delivery request.  I was waiting for my wedding photographer to send me the professional photos of our rings but it's gettung delayed and I decided to post my comment first. But the photos will be updated as soon I get them. Big thanks to Krikawa for the service and absolutely beautiful rings!!

I had seen this band through Pinterest; and followed the link to Krikawa. We've been married 18 years so we thought we'd celebrate our "non-decade marker" with these Oak Leaf bands. Add to that our last name in German roughly translates to "oak leaf"- So I reached out to the company, and one email led to another. . . Very glad we decided to order. We absolutely love our new "just-because-it's-our-last-name-and-almost-20-years" rings! ❤️ Very pleased with the service- from start to finish everyone we were in contact with were very nice and attentive. Our experience with Krikawa was fantastic. They listened to what we wanted and worked with our staff to get exactly what they wanted. They even designed our pieces so we could add to them for our staffs next anniversary. They met our deadline and our personal Designer Tyler was amazing. He is always so friendly and very prompt. We highly recommend Krikawa and we are looking forward to a long relationship with them as our companies jewelry designer!!

I came to Krikawa with a very unique ring concept that many other custom designers wouldn't even try. Krikawa worked with me closely do determine various options, we decided on the best path forward, and they kept me updated throughout the production process. One of the more difficult aspects of my ring design was matching my resin color with the diamond color in my fiance's ring. They not only ran tests but were also willing to re-try when the resin didn't match perfectly the first time. Overall I'm extremely happy with Krikawa and would recommend them to anyone. They might be a little more expensive than other custom ring designers but, as they say, you get what you pay for!

Loved everything about Krikawa. They listened to our desires, they worked with us on the design and the diamond to put into it. We came up with a very unique setting that is both beautiful and functional. I have already recommended Kirkawa to several friends.
