My account was suddenly suspended and I was given zero explanation. Right now, my funds are locked and I have a pending transfer that is completely stuck. Getting in touch with support is impossible: the app only uses useless AI bots, and no human replies to my emails. My Ticket is #22865781. If you don't want me as a customer, that is fine, but you cannot hold my money hostage. Unlock my account or at least cancel the pending transfer and return the funds to the original sender immediately. I will update this review only when my money is safe and the issue is resolved.

Me abrí la cuenta ayer domingo, y me hice dos transferencias de dinero de mi banco a Krak, se han quedado procesando los dos depósitos y a las horas me ha llegado un correo de que el acceso a mi cuenta había sido restringido. Sin motivo aparente, sin ningún teléfono o mail de contacto. Hoy le he abierto un ticket de soporte, el 22909467 y aún no he recibido respuesta. Me parece de autentica vergüenza, como voy a confiar en meter dinero ahí? Y ahora se me ha quedado dos transferencias en el limbo.

Be aware! Be aware! They are stealing money. My account frozen for one month. No any replies or actions from Krak staff. They don't have human support at all. Here they call me spammer trying compromise and insult me. Be aware, newer trust your money to these fraudsters!

Hi i was told to withdraw my funds and email krak back to ask them to release the payment to my bank as soon as I have processed withdrawal I have done that can you please get somebody to look at my emails please ticket ##22471907 so I can withdraw my funds today as they're closing my account down in a few days

I was going to come on here and complain about this situation hoping that I was the only one dealing with this but clearly I am not. I have been using Krak for the past year hardly any problems with them minus a few things up until recently. Use my card for day to day spending and suddenly I go to pay for something and it gets declined I go onto the app and my card has been removed from the home page, no email, no message in the app it’s just gone I was then told that I need to create a ticket to get a response I’ve done this and that was two weeks ago and not one person has bothered to tell me what is going on or why it’s happened I can’t even move my money elsewhere this has caused me absolute hell. I go away on holiday this weekend and am skint enough as it is. A complete shambles of a company anyone thinking of using it should think twice. My ticket number is # 22759963 kraken if you see this have some decency and deal with the problem instead of ignoring customers that are putting money in your pockets 🖕🏾

My account was restricted for no reason after I made a withdrawal of 2000 euros I had a message to wait for 7days and this is the 11th day yet no response I created this 22724983 opening case noting from them I can't use my card can't send money can't do anything my money is sitting in my account and am needy this is the worst online banking I have used. Now they refunded every money which was pending also I made my final withdrawal I had to wait for three days and today is the 4th day which kind of banking is this ????
