I shouldn’t have trusted this bank with any funds, and was silly to not read reviews before using this bank, I have seen hundreds of people with the same issue, account randomly locked with funds in it and no explanation, I have been waiting over a month, the live chat in app won’t connect me to an agent anymore as they are “waiting” to solve my issue, yet it’s been over a month, I have contacted everyone listed, emails, social media accounts but have received no response, or they will just say that it has been escalated but you still won’t get a response, appalling service ticket #22609681

My account was suddenly suspended and I was given the explanation its for security reasons/overview. Right now, my funds are locked and I have a pending transfer that is completely stuck.It was promised to complete the review within 7 days, but rightnow its more than 12 days. Thats really far too long and sucks Getting in touch with support is impossible: the app only uses useless AI bots, and no human replies to my emails. My Ticket is #22908234 If you don't want me as a customer, that is fine, but you cannot hold my money hostage. Unlock my account or at least cancel the pending transfer and return the funds to the original sender immediately. I will update this review only when my money is safe and the issue is resolved.This review is corrected on October 17 2026. Still no action from KRAK. It's almost for a full month hat my account is under review. I can just imagine that an account sometimes needs a review. But KRAK is not considering the interests of their customer. It has made me decided to close the account as soon as the review is completed. KRAK should know that clients trust their money to KRAK. But they cannot be trusted in any way. Their Customer service sucks . It is completely handeled by AI. No possibility to call them. Nothing of that kind. The only thing they do is sitting on their lazy butt. they should solve problems which they absolutely don't do. For me never again a KRAK account. Its the baddest experience i've ever had.

Ticket: 22940399 Neukunde. KYC durchgeführt. Limits für Ein- und Auszahlung etc. offiziell bestätigt in der App. Nach Einzahlung von 600 Euro über ein anderes Konto auf meinen Namen, Krak Konto gesperrt. Dann fährt eure KYC rechtzeitig durch und nicht erst, wenn Neukunden Geld einzahlen. Sowas habe ich noch mit keiner Neo Bank erlebt. Und wenn, ging der nachträgliche und für mich verständliche KYC‑Prozess schnell. Ich werde in jedem Fall die Geschäftsbeziehung auflösen. So kann man nicht mit Kunden umgehen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE. 1. They refunded a payment sent to me without notifying, leaving me out of money. 2. They have held my money for weeks now for a payment that I've asked on several occasions to be cancelled as they requested photo ID of the receiver and proof of address, nobody is going to give you that information for a simple £30 payment, are you serious? Please take your money elsewhere, these people are crooks and should be de-banked.

The banking side seems to work well. But they’re very misleading with the rewards. I claim my cash back in bitcoin. I’ve been using the card since the end of July and have £60 worth of BTC rewards. Yet only £16 is available to withdraw. Has been like that for over 1 month. I asked customer service for an explanation and they just ran me round in circles.

Habe 2000€ erhalten und benötige das Geld für Miete und Lebensmittel. Plötzlich krieg ich die Mail dass das konto gesperrt ist?! Live chat funktioniert nicht und ich MUSS warten bis sich ein Mitarbeiter meldet????! Was soll das ?????? Update: weiterhin keine einzige Antwort auf meine Mails. Konto gesperrt. Ich verstehe ja, dass Überprüfungen stattfinden, aber es schwebt ein hoher Geldbetrag auf dem konto rum. Ich habe bereits die Herkunft meiner Einkünfte nachgewiesen, alles sauber und legitim. Wieso bleibt es gesperrt ?????
