I really don't use Krak because the connection within the ecosystem is complicated, I.e. between/with Kraken CEX and Kraken wallet. I don't use my Kraken wallet because it is really not on par with the leading wallets like base, rabby or trust. And I don't trust Krak to be connected to my Kraken CEX where the main portfolio sits.

The banking side seems to work well. But they’re very misleading with the rewards. I claim my cash back in bitcoin. I’ve been using the card since the end of July and have £60 worth of BTC rewards. Yet only £16 is available to withdraw. Has been like that for over 1 month. I asked customer service for an explanation and they just ran me round in circles.

Hi i was told to withdraw my funds and email krak back to ask them to release the payment to my bank as soon as I have processed withdrawal I have done that can you please get somebody to look at my emails please ticket ##22471907 so I can withdraw my funds today as they're closing my account down in a few days

Ne mettez pas votre argent ici, votre compte finira par être restreint lors d’un de vos dépôt et après cela c’est une bataille sans fin qui commence.. un service inexistant, depuis plus d’une semaine sans que ça avance. C’est inacceptable d’avoir une qualité de support aussi médiocre, c’est pourtant un point important pour le client.. Je veux bien répondre par mail au support mais faut il qu’un jour il prenne contact avec moi.. c’est plus possible de laisser ses clients dans l’abandon. Merci ÉDIT : Après avoir publié cet avis, les choses ont avancé et tout est revenu à la normale.. le problème avec ce fonctionnement, lenteur.. c’est que j’ai peur de revivre le même schéma si je dépose d’autres fonds.. l’application en elle même etait très intéressante, j’avais envie de centraliser toutes mes dépenses ici mais vu comment se déroule le service.. c’est inquiétant pour nous utilisateurs.. j’espère que vous corrigerez ce problème interne rapidement et je serais de nouveau intéressé pour utiliser vos services.

Ich kann sie im moment nicht so gut bewerten,weil ich von der krak carte kein cent abheben kann zweitens meine Kontoauszüge sind in englisch und nicht in deutsch,3. Mein Guthaben soll 1000 euro sein,wo steht das?4 mein geld bei krak light war fast bei elite jetzt steh ich wieder von vorne,wo ist das geld geblieben?

Ich habe mehrfach Kontakt auch über Social Media aufgenommen, um meine Email Adresse für kontobezogene Informationen umzustellen. Es wird einfach nicht bearbeitet. Ich verstehe das Priblem nicht, warum eine einfache Änderung einer Mailadresse so kompliziert ist und warum der Kundenservice so schlecht ist. Man erreicht wenn überhaupt nur KI. Was ist, wenn man hier größere Probleme hat? In Geldangelegenheiten braucht man unbedingt zuverlässigen Service.
