My first purchase with KOVI Fabrics was just a great experience. I got 5 samples very fast, which helped me to make a selection. The order arrived also very fast with no problems. Got a call from a customer service to cover questions . Fabric is just beautiful! Good job KOVI Fabrics! Thank you.

Kovi has beautiful fabric samples. It's great that you can pick out samples that you would like to see and touch, and they will send them to you at no charge. I plan to do as much business as I can with them.

I needed to recover our kitchen chairs. Searched for fabric online and came across this website. It was easy to use and I easily found several possibilities. I selected my 5 free sample choices and submitted the order. The samples arrived in no time and I easily made my selection. Ordered the fabric and it arrived in only a few days. It looks great and I couldn't be happier.

I love the way you send the samples. I was taken back a little by the inches I had to cut off, where they included in the yard of actual material?

As a design professional, I use a lot of different fabric suppliers. My experience registering with Kovi and ordering memo samples was easy. I didn't perform ordering on-line, because I didn't see a space were I could put a "side note". I typically order from my Purchase Orders and submitted one to Kovi with a different ship to address. Whoever entered the order overlooked the different ship to address and sent to my office. Someone was nice enough to call and inform me of the error and said to expect the fabric. I am still waiting for an invoice in the mail or e-mailed, which I need for my accounting purposes.

I have ordered numerous fabric samples from Kovi. When one order didn't make it through the mail, I emailed Kovi. Kovi immediately replicated the order and sent it UPS. Kovi not only has a plethora of fabric to choose from, Kovi is "Johnny on the spot" to offer any assistance to the customer.
