I had a great experience with customer service. I found a fabric on this site that was out of stock everywhere else. They 1) confirmed I received it as I paid for quick shipping, 2) emailed to see if I was happy with it, 3) I loved the fabric so much I wanted more and they provided me with a discount. I am very pleased with both the fabric and the service. this was my first time using Kovi and I will use them again 100%

Truly a great experience! The customer service was amazing, which I honestly wasn’t expecting. I received my samples in a timely manner, and Andrea consistently checked in with me to make sure I received them, and did the same with my fabric order. They seem to genuinely care about your project, the quality of their fabrics, and helping you with anything you need. As someone new to the interior design industry, I have never received this much help and kindness from any showrooms or other fabric retailers, which is huge to me. I will definitely be back in the future!

March 2026. By Denise. Kovi fabric co was excellent to work with, very patient with ordering, because I had questions the gentleman talked me through what I needed. The fabric product itself was true quality. I had a very qualified upholstery man do the job (30) years experience said the fabric was quality . The end result was simply stunning. Thank you Kovi for your outstanding customer service !!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about my experience with KOVI—especially because of Tony. If I could give him 100 stars, I absolutely would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the very beginning, Tony was incredibly helpful in guiding me through choosing the perfect fabric. When one of my favorite selections was discontinued, he didn’t just move on—he thoughtfully offered alternatives. The fabric he suggested arrived on Friday. It is truly beyond perfection. What made this experience stand out even more was who Tony is as a person. Not only did he offer professional, knowledgeable guidance, but he was genuinely a joy to talk to. By the end of it, I felt like I had made a new friend. KOVI offers unique designs I haven’t seen anywhere else, and when my order arrived, the fabric was even more beautiful in person. I can’t wait to see it all come together as my designer finishes the project—it already feels like the perfect finishing touch to make my home even more personal. Highly recommend—ask for Tony!
