I placed an order for 2 different fabrics on Jan 31 2015. One of them was backordered. I didn't receive the email I was sent regarding the backorder. Both of my fabrics were held because of the back order which made my job late in getting finished. When I called to check status and said I needed the one fabric right away, it was shipped promptly. The second fabric was never delivered. It was supposed to be available on Feb 16. I sent an inquiry on March 4th but haven't received a reply. I'm sure your company usually does better than this but I am disappointed with this experience

shipped in a timely matter, nice fabric but disappointed the fabric was cut and not in one piece.

Everything was good, but I didn't need all this material.

Besides getting to much material for the job we were doing we are happy with what we choose......we had e-mailed the company asking for a suggestion of how much we needed to order for our 4barstools and waiting we gave up and ordered what we measured to be and when finally getting answer we new we ordered to much.....

Samples arrive as ordered. Chose fabric and order was placed. The shipment was delayed and the company estimated the fabric needed for 8 standard seat cushions for diningroom. The fabric was high end material and when chairs were completed we had 3 1/2 yards remaining. I guess will have to make some table runners.

it was surprisingly difficult to actually place the order. Had to leave several messages to be called back. it took a couple days to speak to the supposed only person who could help me know the exact amount of fabric to purchase. Although I really like the fabric I wouldn't go to this site again.

Fabric looks good, I"m pleased with that however delivery was supposed to be on Friday and didn't come till Monday. I'm rushing to have a chair upholstered by the end of April and it didn't help my situation.

My interaction was quite good but I did not purchase because prices were simply NOT competitive.
