Don't often get service like this anymore, Samples to compare, product that lives up to expectations and prompt receipt.

I needed to find some fabric to repair the footrests on our Natuzzi couch that is about 10 years old. We looked thru Kovis' online catalog of red colored microfiber samples and picked out several that looked close, then they sent them to us at no charge. That was great. After comparison, we ordered the fabric and it was delivered promptly. I replaced the fabric on the footrests in about an hour and a half and Botta Bing it was done and looks fantastic.

Searched kovifabric.com after having them post on my facebook page. Was looking for material for a sofa and found more than one that I liked. Have received nice samples and after talking with customer service a larger sample was sent to assure pattern. I am passing pattern on to the sofa shop so that they can order and deliver a comfortable and nice to look at piece of furniture. I am recommending this site to everyone.

Will do business with them again.

Delivery was done according to the announce and product look matches expectation.

Was impressed by the quality of the fabric sample I received. Ordered and received the material within about 3 days. I haven't even had chance to open it or work on it yet, but very impressed with the excellent service I've received.

I made three fabric orders from three companies when I ordered. Kovi was the first to arrive and the product was carefully wrapped and in excellent condition.
