I had a great experience with customer service. I found a fabric on this site that was out of stock everywhere else. They 1) confirmed I received it as I paid for quick shipping, 2) emailed to see if I was happy with it, 3) I loved the fabric so much I wanted more and they provided me with a discount. I am very pleased with both the fabric and the service. this was my first time using Kovi and I will use them again 100%

Truly a great experience! The customer service was amazing, which I honestly wasn’t expecting. I received my samples in a timely manner, and Andrea consistently checked in with me to make sure I received them, and did the same with my fabric order. They seem to genuinely care about your project, the quality of their fabrics, and helping you with anything you need. As someone new to the interior design industry, I have never received this much help and kindness from any showrooms or other fabric retailers, which is huge to me. I will definitely be back in the future!

Beautiful fabric, but lousy customer service. No follow through. I ordered fabric on July 5. Today is July 16. My credit card has been billed 11 days ago, but I haven't received any shipping information, or tracking information. I've called 5 times, and emailed. I've been told *it's en route* but no one can supply me with a tracking number. So I have to ask, where is it en route from? Not Minneapolis. India? China? Patagonia? Who knows?

I attempted to get samples for a client and 1 out of 5 ordered actually arrived. I was told on 2 different calls that they were coming from a different warehouse. Never received them and ended up cancelling the order and asked for a refund. Was told to send a message on their website after I was already told that I would receive the refund. Still haven't heard anything and have not received the refund. It's been about a month and half. Disappointed as I looked up reviews before giving them a try. I am also disappointed in the lack of care and customer service they have on the phone. I guess that's just the way of the world now.

Since the moment i order the sample fabric,it was a pleasure to work with them. The fabric is beautiful, is just like the pic on their website. The costumer service via email about the delivery was outstanding. Thank you I will highly recomment this company.

Fabric was shipped quickly! We are thrilled with the material we ordered. We are reupholstering benches for a tea house. We needed 15 yards of fabric. It looks fantastic!
