PAYMENT IS RELATIVELY EASY I JUST WISH IT WOULD GIVE CONFIRMATION NUMBER. I MADE PAYMENT ONE TIME AND IT WAS NEVER APPLIED.

Service call was for a series of false alarms. The serviceman was polite and explained that he could not diagnose or fix our problem because Koorsen had installed one brand panel, and a second brand receiver to "communicate" with even more brands of sensors. He suggested that the options were to replace all parts which were not compatible with our present panel, or to "upgrade" to a new technology sytem. He said he would have a salesman call us. We were charged $100 (plus tax) for this service. Nearly three weeks later (after we made another call) a salesman finally called. He quoted a $1000 price for replacing the incompatible parts in our present system or $850 (AND increasing the monthly monitoring fee by more than 2/3) for installing a new system. The quoted price of the new system did NOT INCLUDE monitored smoke alarms or window sensors on six windows----items included in our present system.

i like the online pay process but would like to see more information about my account like current amount due. also would like to see a little more about my payment history.

Just recently purchased the fire extinguishers from koorsen fire and security. Such a wonderful service provided by them. Supportive client service. I came across one of the top quality fire extinguishers. The price is truly impressive and so reasonable.

Your new site for payment is a 1000% better than the previous one. This one is very user friendly. The previous one was a nightmare to say the least.
