We needed a vendor we could trust, and Koorsen was recommended to us. We have not been disappointed. We are early in the journey, but already are looking at great service at a considerable savings versus our prior vendor. I appreciate the time that was afforded us to consult and work out the details, and Koorsen was willing to tailor our plan to our needs/wishes. Also, their suggestion of allowing them to 'map' our facility so that we are both on the same sheet of paper showed full disclosure and assures no surprises and reduces any fluctuation in pricing.I have been impressed with their professionalism and honesty in business in our dealings so far.
